When it came time to design the newest addition to our anti-aging line, we looked back on the original inspiration for our packaging: vintage apothecary jars.
Our office houses a curated library of various shapes and sizes, with labels in different stages of deterioration, mostly from the 1940’-50’s holding everything from benzine to talcum powder. The cobalt blue has been something that has struck our eye, and we wanted to pull from that when it came time to find the perfect vessel.

Inspiration comes in many shapes and forms, and often can be found right under your nose. We were in the process of adding to our line of candles. A line that has been established for the past few years, full of bright colors and different flavors. The packaging is very colorful, a departure from our core business (skincare, body care, hair care-primarily white packaging).
Getting the scent right is the hardest part, and then hours of testing to see how it burns usually has everyone in the office weighing in. Summer is just about everyone’s favorite season--just don’t ask your hair how it feels about it. Heat, humidity, sun, chlorine and salt water do a number on hair, so it’s no wonder that it retaliates by frizzing up or refusing to comply with the brush or blow dryer.
